Please read these terms carefully before using ThunniFashion. Last updated: May 2025.

Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

1. FREE ONE-TIME RETURN / EXCHANGE (WITHIN 7 DAYS)

  • 7-Day Window: You can return or exchange items from your original order for FREE within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Conditions: The items must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and the packaging bag intact.
  • Exchange Orders: Items received in an exchange order cannot be returned or exchanged again. Please choose your exchange items (colour, size, and product) carefully when raising the initial request.
  • Post 7 Days: After 7 days from delivery, we regret that we will not be able to facilitate any exchanges or returns for any reason.

2. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, defective, or differs from what you ordered, please initiate an exchange request directly on our website or email us at support@thunnifashion.com.

Timeline: Such issues must be highlighted within 7 days from the date of delivery. Any issue reported after 7 days will not be entertained.

3. SELF-SHIPPING REIMBURSEMENT (PIN-CODE EXCEPTIONS)

  • If a return/exchange pickup is not serviceable at your Pin-Code by our courier partners, you will need to self-ship the product to our warehouse.
  • We will reimburse up to ₹200 for the shipping charges (based on the actual amount on the shipping receipt) once the quality check is completed.
  • Mandatory: Sharing a clear image of the shipment receipt or bill with our support team is mandatory for the reimbursement.

COMBO OFFERS & DISCOUNT ADJUSTMENTS

A. Returning Part of a Combo Order

If you purchased multiple items as part of a combo discount and choose to return only one of them, the refund will be calculated based on the individual item price and not the combo price.

Example: If you buy 2 items under a combo offer for ₹1,350 (originally ₹799 each), and decide to return one item, your refund will be ₹551 (₹1,350 − ₹799).

B. Bulk Discount Adjustments

When you return items from an order that qualified for a volume/quantity discount, the discount percentage will be recalculated based on the number of items you actually keep.

Example: If you buy 4 items and get a 25% discount, but return 2 items, the discount will be revised to the standard 15% applicable for 2 items.

C. Exchanging for a Lower Value Item

  • You have the flexibility to exchange an item for a product of equal or lower value.
  • If the replacement item has a lower value, please reach out to our customer support team after the exchange order is delivered. The price difference will be refunded to your bank account or UPI ID.
  • Note on Discounts: Any prepaid or UPI payment discounts applied to your original order will not be carried over to the new exchange order value.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your order until it has been shipped.

Please Note: Some orders are processed and shipped almost immediately. Once an order is handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled. If you have any doubts, please contact our support team before cancelling.

REFUND TIMELINES

  • Cancellations (Before Shipping): Refund is initiated immediately and will take 3 to 5 business days to reflect in your original source of payment.
  • Returned Items: Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, the refund is processed within 1–2 business days.
    • For Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment source.
    • For COD orders: We will require your UPI ID or Bank Account details to transfer the refund.
  • Exchange Value Differences: Refunded via UPI or Bank Transfer within 1–2 days after you alert support post-delivery.

IMPORTANT NOTICES & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

  • Pickup Verification: During pickup, it is the customer's responsibility to hand over only the specific item requested for return/exchange. THUNNI FASHIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is not responsible for any incorrect or wrong items handed over to the courier executive.
  • Proof of Pickup: Please collect the physical/SMS pickup receipt from the courier executive. THUNNI FASHIONS PRIVATE LIMITED cannot process refunds/exchanges for items marked as missing if there is no official proof of pickup.
  • Decisions: Customers are requested to clarify any policy confusion with our team beforehand. Decisions made based on personal assumptions without prior communication will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
